Coach Kj is one of the founders, CEOs and elite trainers of The Lab Fitness Club. He got his nickname "Mr. Abs Over Night" through the process of creating and forming effective core workouts that sculpt your abs and strengthen your core. Coach formed his passion for fitness through his own personal weight loss journey, losing 50 pounds in a matter of months before his wedding. Since then, he has been on a mission help others achieve their best self through coaching and training!
